We market their products and services to individual households as well as corporate and get paid for the targets we achieve.

The US telecommunication market, which includes fixed line service, wireless services, Internet and Television, is around 1.5 Trillion dollars as of 2018. This market is growing every year and has seen a steady growth of around 12% YoY since 2000. In the pre-1960 era there was just 1 telecom provider in the US called AT&T (American Telecom and Telegraph company).

Telegraph is not existent any more and telecom scenario has changed drastically since then. The US government passed a legislation to provide level playing field to all businesses in the telecom industry and break the monopoly of just 1 provider. The former AT&T was broken down and 7 Bell Operating companies were given control for local networks in 1984. Further legislation in this field gave birth to 100’s of small telecom operators offering variety of services in this field.

Our tele-marketing agents are supported by a staff which qualifies the right customers and gives after sales support to our customers. Our agents make phone calls to sell these products and the back office team supports this activity to close sales. Due to the heavy regulation in the US market we are very careful that we give a satisfying experience to the customer. Maintaining of quality is very essential in this line of business as customers can have grievances at petty issues as well. We are expected to maintain a record of all the activity we do as these details would be required in the future in case of any dispute.
