Kashyap Technology Services has been focused on providing IT Support to US Customers. Our work includes IT Recruitment and IT Sales. The IT Recruitment team works closely with US customers to provide fully qualified candidates for ongoing software development and infrastructure support projects.

The IT Recruitment market of US is the largest in the world. As of 2018 it stood at 158 Billion dollars. A good chunk of this IT market is cornered by Indian Tech firms like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL and more. These companies do IT projects for US customers onsite or bring the work to be executed remotely from India offices. A huge population in India which are IT graduates and tech support depend on this work which is brought offshore.

The customers in US work on onsite, onsite-offshore or pure offshore model depending on the requirements. The IT recruitment division works on supporting the first and second model by providing fully onsite or onsite-offshore support for IT talent. The IT recruiters work in US time zones (all 4 of them) and find the scarce talent in the IT space.

We use different tools to find resumes of candidates who could be a good match, screen them for the job, technically screen them for the role, confirm details with them and deliver fully qualified candidates to the managers. The recruiters also work on closing the candidate and completing paper work after the interview and selection.
